ProGold hires most of all "new profiles", of different educational levels, to make them grow inside the company in all the different professional profiles.
The research process is essentially based on the flux of candidacies spontaneously sent to the Company through our web portal, by which they are transferred later in a company database for the management of the selection procedure.

The selection process
The selection process is diffent according to the nature of the positions to be covered. Usually, a first selection takes place based on the reading of the Resumé and the information provided by the canditate. Further on, the first job interview takes place, this helps to verify if the actitudes and motivations of the candidate correspond to the "culture" of ProGold. Then the corrispondence between the professional profile and the real one of the candidate is tested. After this first interview, a very restricted list of the eligible candidates is made, these candidates are then invited to a second job interview with the aim to evaluate in deeper details the professional skills of the candidate.
