Unika is a range of universal master alloys planned for the production
both made by mechanical working and investment casting.
These products contain in their composition a new family of grain refiners.
Thanks to these brand new elements, the chance to have hard spots is impressively reduced.
The exclusive composition guarantees a fine grain microstructure which increases
the features and grants perceivable advantages in the production.

Absence of hard spots
High deformations during cold workings reducing the number of annealing steps
Easy production of chains, earrings and hollow bracelets thanks to the particular resistance to corrosion
Higher control of the grain growth during annealing
Reduction of the "orange peel" phenomena
The scraps can be recast several times with very reduced fragility problems
Reasonable growth of the grain dimension during continuous casting
Drastic reduction of the shrinkage porosity and easy production of very bright and smooth surfaces
High mechanical resistance
Unika is available for yellow gold, Nickel based white gold, red gold and silver.
