Recurrent visits to our Customers
One of our main aims is to grant our presence and follow our products also in the after-sales stage. This is made possible thanks to a worldwide resellers' net located in the main goldsmith's and silversmith's areas. The personnel, accurately grown up and well-trained is in the position to support constantly the customer while facing the daily problems and to arrange for putting him through the Italian main office.
To support this fruitful and mutual collaboration our technical staff arranges for frequent visits to our resellers and Customers.
Our "missions", as we like to call them, are fundamental and of great importance to guarantee the technical assistance to those who use our products.
